The Hopper

A 167,000 square foot former heavy industrial printing press facility originally constructed in phases from the 1960s through 1980s was redeveloped by Winkler Development Corporation into a modern urban industrial campus in Northwest Portland. The Hopper includes two corporate headquarters and the Aviation Gin distillery & tasting room. The project was completed in 2021.
