A complete renovation turned an 82,500 square foot long term vacant building into a state-of-the-art engineering and design center with significant lab space for one of the world’s leading technology companies.  Ambercreek features superior infrastructure, including advanced electrical and mechanical systems that support lab R&D activities, and a design that emphasizes both wellness and a commitment to sustainability. The building was completed in 2021 and is located in Hillsboro, OR.
