Winkler Development Corporation is actively acquiring new properties in the Western US and will consider investments ranging from $5 million to $80 million. We are able to respond both quickly and decisively to acquisition opportunities of all property types, including: industrial, multifamily, office, retail, hospitality, land, and data center.

We invest in both value-add and stabilized assets.
